I'm Anna.

I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their truth, and their innate capacity to heal.

My work integrates holistic women’s health education, somatic practices, and creative expression to guide women through physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation — especially during midlife and the perimenopausal transition. 

Through a blend of hormonal health education, nervous system support, movement, breathwork, and therapeutic art, I help women cultivate body awareness, hormonal resilience, and a deeper sense of self-trust. 

Many women come to me after years of struggling with health issues and have felt dismissed or abandoned by the mainstream medical system. Others I meet have suffered silently with chronic conditions, trying everything to heal on their own, and feeling discouraged and alone. 

My approach is rooted in the belief that true health is multidimensional. Our bodies often become the siren call that beckons us to step into a life that is truer to who we really are. If we can heed the counsel of our body's wisdom, it can lead us into a more expanded, creative, and vital version of ourselves.

You are not at the mercy of your body.

Your body is your ally and your deepest source of wisdom.

Your body is not something to be fixed but tended. It is a sacred guide. 

It is inviting you to listen more deeply.

To return to personal sovereignty - the most whole and fully alive version of yourself.

The womb is the wisest place in the female body and one of the most ignored.

Though we may listen to her in regard to birthing babies,

we ought to be listening to her for the whole of our creative lives.

I offer 3- and 6-month private mentorships for women who are ready to take a deeper, supported approach to their health and well-being.

This work is designed for women navigating hormonal imbalances, midlife transitions, or chronic reproductive health challenges who are seeking a more holistic, embodied path forward. It is also for women who are at a crossroads of change, shifting into a new identity and seeking to build more self-trust, find thier authentic voice, and feel more connected to their bodies. 

Together, we explore your unique physical, emotional, and lifestyle patterns to create a personalized roadmap to guide you in understanding your body, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom—so you can make informed, empowered decisions about your health and your life.
